Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Directorate<\/span><\/h1>\n

To support teaching, research, and administrative activities across all departments, units, and sections of the College, the management established the ICT Directorate of the College of Health Sciences and Technology, Kaltungo, formerly known as the College Internet Caf\u00e9, in the early 2000s.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Directorate was created to support the College\u2019s strategic priorities, facilitate effective administrative leadership, promote staff collaboration and cross-organizational initiatives, and enhance research, innovation, and development processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Facilities<\/span><\/h2>\n

The effective utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is essential for improving learning, communication, and access to educational resources. To deliver quality education that meets acceptable standards, the College has made significant investments in ICT infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ICT Directorate oversees the following facilities:<\/span><\/p>\n

NITDA Digital Bridge Institute Centre<\/span><\/h3>\n

    The Directorate is equipped with 18 desktop computers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The centre handles student registration processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The centre provides ICT training for both staff and students.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The ICT Directorate is committed to developing, implementing, and supporting innovative, high-quality, and sustainable Information and Communication Technology solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of the College in teaching, learning, research, and administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Our goal is to enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and research through the effective use of ICT and knowledge management systems while maximizing staff and student productivity.
