This is a full-time course undertaken for three (3) years, accredited by the College's academic board and the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

The School is made up of the Dean, School of Pharmaceutical Studies, the Head of Pharmacy Technician Department and other member staff. It has classrooms and a well equipped and spacious laboratory.

A combination of lectures on campus, laboratory practicals and industrial training prepares graduates for a variety of employment opportunities in private and public hospitals and Pharmacies.

Aim: 
To train suitably qualified persons in the basic knowledge of handling simple medicines for use at grass-root level, under the supervision of qualified registered and licensed pharmacists.


To train suitable persons to the level of rendering assistance to registered pharmacists.

Entry requirement:  

In addition to the College's minimum entry requirements candidate must at least four (4) credits in Chemistry, Biology, English language, and Mathematics in WAEC or NECO or at not more than two sitting.
